iBuyFlowers ships all flowers directly from the farm to the customer through FedEx or DHL. Each box confirmation is provided with a FedEx or DHL tracking link to monitor at any time.
iBuyFlowers is not responsible for FedEx or DHL shipping delays up to 2 days or less or other shipping-related delivery problems, including the customer not being on-site to accept the delivery. The customer itself is 100% responsible for placing the most accurate and complete shipping address so that FedEx or DHL can deliver accordingly. iBuyFlowers is not responsible for any lost items once your delivery has been made and has the Proof of Delivery from FedEx or DHL.
