Order must be cancelled online through your purchase order dashboard up to 1 day prior packing (or 5 days prior arrival day) with a few exceptions.
Orders can be cancelled up to 1 day (before 8 am est) prior the packing date of the farm .There a a few exceptions:
- Bouquets maximum 5 days before packing (or 9 days prior arrival date)
- Tinted flowers maximum 4 days before packing (or 8 days prior arrival date)
- Flowers from The Netherlands maximum 2 days before packing (or 4 days prior arrival date)
