Orders can be cancelled through your account dashboard
If you want to cancel your order, head over to your account dashboard via My account/ Orders/ Orders by Arrival Date.
- Select the arrival date and hit search.
- Choose the order you wish to delete and click on the purple option icon next to the price.
- Select delete and the order will be deleted from the system.
- If this option is disabled, its because you cannot deleted the order anymore. In that case, please contact your account manager or customer support for assistance.
Important: in case of Holidays like Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day and Christmas, these days may be extended with one extra day due to logistic changes!
