How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled through your account dashboard

If you want to cancel your order, head over to your account dashboard via My account/ Orders/ Orders by Arrival Date.

  1. Select the arrival date and hit search.
  2. Choose the order you wish to delete and click on the purple option icon next to the price.
  3. Select delete and the order will be deleted from the system.
  4. If this option is disabled, its because you cannot deleted the order anymore. In that case, please contact your account manager or customer support for assistance. 
Remember in general you can cancel up to 1 day before packing day with the following exceptions: For bouquets up to 5 days, tinted products you can cancel up to 4 days and product from The Netherlands up to 2 days before packing day.  

Important: in case of Holidays like Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day and Christmas, these days may be extended with one extra day due to logistic changes!
