Yes. You receive an SMS the day before charging starts, plus SMS alerts if a charge fails.
Can I reply to the SMS?
Yes. You can reply directly to the SMS and our Customer Service team will respond.
Can Customer Service manually charge my card?
No. Charging is fully automated. This prevents card blocks and errors.
What if I update my card details?
If you update your card during the retry window, the system will attempt charging again automatically on the next charge attempts.
