When to order my flowers?

Order your flowers 3-5 days prior to your event.

We make sure that our flowers are of the best quality and are shipped straight from the flower fields to your shop, studio or event!

We shorten the journey for our flowers by skipping a few steps in the supply chain. 

That's why our flowers will last much longer than regular wholesale flowers and will most likely still be in their buds when you receive them! And we want to assist you in your floral planning accordingly. 

When to order your flowers?  

Place your order delivery date at least 3-5 days prior to your event. Do not order one day prior / same day to your event, in case a box is delayed by FedEx you will be stressed out and we do not refund boxes that are delayed 1-2 days (see our claim policy).

My event is on Saturday—when should I order?

Best delivery days:

  • Latin America flowers → Tuesday or Wednesday
  • Netherlands flowers → Thursday
  • USA flowers → Wednesday
Important: if your Wedding/ Event is on Saturday do not order your flowers for Friday delivery. In case a box will miss the scan in Memphis or a shipment is delayed with one day (airplane issue, weather circumstance etc.), your flowers won't be delivered in time and you cannot hold us responsible for this!

Shipping During Flower Holidays

During the two major flower holidays in the United States (Valentine's and Mother’s Day), your boxes may arrive 1 day earlier or 1 to 3 days later depending on the available freight. This will be communicated with you in advance. Although we shipped 95-98% of all our boxes in time during the past holidays, Covid-19 is affecting airspace. No refund will apply if the flowers arrive correctly and still in time for the Holiday.
