Normally mechanical delays are delivered the next day!
There may be a few exceptions where we can receive FedEx or DHL alerts on a mechanical aircraft issue that may result in a delay. Please Do Not Panic 😉. Its our efforts to have our team totally committed to service, we will expect a 1 day delay only. From all shipments over the past years, it has been a 1 day delay in 99% of all cases.
In case the situation is expected to extend for a longer period - a delay for 2 or more days - , we will notify you in person so you can consider a 2nd plan to fulfill your orders and we will backup with a claim and extend the correspondent refund. If it's a one day delay, we will not refund. See our claim policy.
