What is your Standing Order policy?

At iBuyFlowers, we are committed to regularly providing our customers with fresh, beautiful flowers (weekly or bi-weekly). To streamline this process, we offer a Standing Order service, which allows customers to receive flowers at scheduled intervals

1. Enrollment

1.1 Customers can enroll in the Standing Order service by contacting your sales representative.

1.2 Enrollment requires the customer to confirm:
- Delivery address
- Flower preferences (varieties, lengths, grower)
- Delivery schedule (weekly or bi-weekly)
- Frequency (yearly or seasonal - 12 weeks)
- Start date

2. Payment

2.1 Payment for the Standing Order service will be processed automatically according to the selected delivery schedule. Your credit card will be processed like regular orders 2-3 days before packing at the farm level. 

2.2 Customers must have a valid credit card on file upon enrollment. Payments will be charged two to three days before packing at the farm level.

2.3 Customers will receive an electronic receipt after each payment is processed.

3. Delivery

3.1 Deliveries will be made according to the schedule selected by the customer at the time of enrollment.

3.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and up-to-date. Changes to the delivery address must be communicated via email customerservice@ibuyflowers.com to iBuyFlowers at least 72 hours before the next scheduled packing date.

3.3 If the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery, iBuyFlowers is not responsible for any damage or loss of the flowers. 

4. Cancellations

4.1 If a cancellation is made before the end date, the customer will be charged a full shipment without delivery as a penalty, and the cancellation will take effect after the next delivery.

5. Quality Assurance

5.1 iBuyFlowers is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality flowers with every order. If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of their flowers, they can file a claim online or contact customer service at https://www.ibuyflowers.com/contact within 48 hours after delivery.

5.2 iBuyFlowers will, at its discretion, replace or refund flowers that do not meet our quality standards.

5.3 In case of production problems, iBuyFlowers will communicate with the customer about a similar product substitution. If you would like more information, you can see our substitution policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is up-to-date and that sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment.

6.2 Customers should provide clear and accurate delivery instructions to ensure successful delivery.

7. iBuyFlowers Rights


7.1 iBuyFlowers reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Standing Order service at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through the customer portal.

7.2 iBuyFlowers reserves the right to terminate a customer’s Standing Order if payment cannot be processed or the service is misused.
