PQ is the name for Pest and Control Inspections at US Customs. We are not exempt of having a box put on hold by airport authorities for a PQ inspection. Although this is exceptional, eventually a given shipment may face this situation. This can cause stress and we don´t blame it! This is why we strongly recommend to place your orders with at least 3-4 days in advance prior your wedding/ event.
Important to understand, there are things that go beyond our control as we are talking about control authorities at airport. If a box is lost due to this we will try to get a new box delivered too you ASAP due to this circumstance.
