What happens if my payment fails on the first try?
Don't worry - we'll try to automatically charge multiple times:
- Days 1-2: We try twice each day (morning and afternoon, 8am and 2pm EST)
- Day 3: One final try in the morning, 8am EST
- If it still fails: Your order cancels automatically
Avoid problems: Update your card info and add a backup card to your account, with sufficient funds to cover your order!
What if I update my card details?
If you update your card during the retry window, the system will attempt charging again automatically on the next charge attempt.
Will I be notified before you charge?
Yes. You receive an SMS the day before charging starts, plus SMS alerts if a charge fails.
Can I reply to the SMS?
Yes. You can reply directly to the SMS and our Customer Service team will respond.
Can Customer Service manually charge my card?
No. Charging is fully automated. This prevents card blocks and errors.
