When you are creating your own custom box, we visualize the percentage of the box that is filled up and therefore the corresponding shipping charges. If your box is less than 80% full, some shipping charges apply, if your box if filled up with more than 80%, no shipping charges will apply.
The cost you per stem/ bunch online is the cost including all charges based upon full box or a custom box filled up for 80% or more.
