iBuyFlowers Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS/RCS Program Terms)

These Mobile Messaging Terms (“SMS Terms”) describe how iBuyFlowers LLC (“iBuyFlowers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS, MMS, and RCS messaging services and your rights and responsibilities when you participate in our messaging programs.
By opting in to receive text messages from iBuyFlowers, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, our SMS/MMS/RCS policy and our Terms & Conditions.
Program Description
iBuyFlowers may send two types of text messages:
Service & Transactional Messages. These may include:
- Order confirmations
- Delivery updates
- Substitution or claim assistance
- Account notices
- Customer support communication
Marketing & Promotional Messages. These may include:
- Special offers
- New product announcements
- Seasonal promotions
- Event or sale notices
Marketing messages are sent only with your express written consent, such as checking an opt-in checkbox, submitting a form, or replying START/YES.
Marketing messages are sent only during legally permitted hours, including:
Texas SB 140: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time
Florida FTSA: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time
Opt-In
By providing your mobile number or activating SMS during signup or checkout, you consent to receive (or may receive):
- SMS, MMS, and/or RCS messages
- Automated or AI-assisted communications
- Recurring service and/or promotional messages (depending on your consent choices)
Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.
Message & data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies.
Messages are sent from registered 10DLC or verified toll-free numbers, in compliance with The Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, and END.
After STOP:
- You will receive one confirmation message
- You will no longer receive messages unless you re-subscribe
- If you text HELP after opting out, we will still respond with a HELP message containing support information (as required by CTIA and carrier rules)

Eligibility
You must be the account holder of the mobile number, reside in the U.S., and be 18+ or have guardian permission.
Content Restrictions
We do not send restricted or prohibited content under CTIA guidelines, including SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco).

We store timestamped consent, STOP/HELP logs, and comply with TCPA, CTIA, TCR, FTSA, and TX SB 140.
