Pay Later - Eligibility & credit approval

How do I know if I'm eligible?
When you reach checkout and select Pay Later, Two runs an instant check in the background. If you're approved, you'll see your credit limit and can proceed. If not, you'll be asked to pay by credit card instead.

Will checking my banking details or defining my credit limit affect my credit score?
No. When we review your banking details to determine your credit limit, this is treated as a soft inquiry and will not impact your business credit score. Two reserves the right to conduct a hard inquiry if needed. You can check your eligibility and receive a credit limit without any effect on your credit profile.

What is my credit limit based on?
Two sets your credit limit based on their own assessment of your business. We don't influence or have visibility into how individual limits are calculated.

What if my order is larger than my credit limit?
If your order total exceeds your approved credit limit, Pay Later won't be available for that order. You'll be asked to pay by credit card.

Can I request a higher credit limit?
Yes. You can ask Two to review your account for a higher monthly limit through their Credit Builder: https://checkout.two.inc/credit_limit_change/credit_builder.
The outcome is decided entirely by Two based on their own assessment, so a review may adjust your limit or leave it unchanged. We don't have visibility into how these decisions are made.

Why wasn't I approved?
Approval decisions are made entirely by Two. We don't receive the specific reason for a declined application. If you weren't approved, you can complete your order using a credit card. You're welcome to try again on a future order — Two re-evaluates eligibility periodically.

If you want to understand the reason for not being approved, please contact Two's Customer Support at support@two.inc or check their FAQ at https://support.two.inc/.
