How does a refund work?

A refund is made to the credit card on file you purchased the refunded flowers with.

Once your claim is approved, we do a refund for the total amount of the approved claim to the credit card this box was charged to. 

If you purchased a customized box, and did not filled the box up to 100%, iBuyFlowers does not refund any additional freight costs. 

Depending on your bank, a refund can take 1-7 business days before your money will be in your account.
