How can I track my package?

Once the first shipping label for your order is created, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. FedEx may also send additional shipping emails to help you access tracking numbers for the boxes in your order.

You can also track your order anytime through your order history on our website.

  1. Go to Account > My Orders
  2. Use the search bar to look up your order by delivery date or purchase date
  3. Click on your order number to view the full order details
  4. Look for the tracking link — it will take you directly to the FedEx tracking page, where you can see the latest updates on your delivery

Please note: If your package is arriving from South America, FedEx will require a signature upon delivery.
