Hold at Location (HAL)
HAL lets you pick up your order at a nearby retail location, such as a Walgreens or Dollar General, instead of receiving it during business hours at your home or studio/shop.
You can request HAL on your own; there's no need to contact our Support team.
Download the FedEx app to your phone or laptop, then set up your request directly through FedEx: Request Hold at Location.
Available pickup locations depend on your delivery area. If you would rather have our team submit the request for you, Support can do that as well.
