How to Download or Receive Statements of Your Purchases

Downloading Your Statements

  1. Login to Your Account: Start by logging into your account on our platform using your credentials.

  2. Access Account: Once logged in, navigate to the "Account" section. You can typically find this in the top right corner. 

  3. Select Statements: Scroll down and click on "Statements."

  4. Sorting: On this page, you can specify the criteria for your statement. You have the flexibility to download statements by event name, week, month, or year.

  5. Download: Once you have sorted, click on the corresponding statement. This will then initiate a download. 

Receive Weekly Statements via Email

If you prefer to receive your purchase statements automatically in your inbox every week, we've got you covered. Here's how to set up this convenient option:

  1. Login to Your Account: Log in to your account on our platform.

  2. Access Statements: Go to "Account," scroll down, and select "Statements."

  3. Opt In for Emails: click on the checkbox to select weekly statements.  

That's it! Once you've completed these steps, you can sit back and relax, knowing that your purchase statements will be delivered to your inbox every week, typically on Sundays.
