Shipping Responsibilities

While we take every measure to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, it's important to note the following:

  • Address Accuracy: The customer bears full responsibility for providing the most accurate and complete shipping address. This ensures that FedEx can deliver your order precisely and without complications.

  • Customer Availability: It is the customer's responsibility to be present on-site to accept the delivery. iBuyFlowers cannot be held liable for any shipping-related issues resulting from the customer's absence during the delivery attempt.

  • Shipping Delays: iBuyFlowers is not responsible for FedEx shipping delays of up to 2 days or less. We understand the importance of punctual deliveries and do our best to minimize delays.
