If we need to substitute with higher-grade flowers, iBuyFlowers will absorb the price difference.
If we must substitute with a lower-grade flower, iBuyFlowers will refund the price difference.


3. Notification of Substitutions

3.1 Customers will be notified of every substitution made to their order. Notification will be provided via email, phone, or text message as soon as possible before the delivery. If the customer does not respond on time, we must delete the proposed substitute and refund the canceled product.

3.2 For products purchased from the Netherlands, we cannot inform you before shipping due to the limited time we have to buy and do the necessary plant health inspections. If we need to substitute, we follow the guidelines set in Article 2 and notify you once the product is packed and shipped.
