If you've encountered an issue with your floral order, our claim process is designed to provide a swift resolution. Follow this step-by-step guide to submit a claim through your account dashboard.
Instructions for Submitting a Claim:

On the main page, click on "Account."

Navigate to towards the bottom of this menu and click on "Request Claim."

Select the order number for the product you wish to claim.

Confirm if the box arrived or not:
- If not, select NO and confirm. Your claim is filed.
- If the box arrived, select YES and proceedwith the following steps.

Select the specific variety you are claiming.

Indicate the number of stems or bunches you are claiming.

Provide detailed comments about the issue. A thorough description expedites the claim process.

Select the reason for your claim (multiple options can be chosen).

Upload your photos. While 4 pictures are the minimum, feel free to upload additional images for a faster decision.

Click "Send Claim Request" to submit your claim.
Please Note:
Claims must be requested within 48 hours of flower delivery. Ensure your claim contains a minimum of 4 pictures (1 of the box label, 1 of the box, and at least 2 pictures showing the issue or problem).
Claim Review and Resolution:
- Upon receiving your claim, our team will review all details.
- Typically, claims are finalized within 24-72 hours.
- If the claim is accepted, you will be refunded on the credit card used for this order.
Important Rules to Note:
- When claiming a portion of a product (e.g., 12 stems out of 25), we require photos of the exact stems with issues.
- Claims without photos of the product cannot be processed for a refund.
- Claims for boxes where FedEx or DHL attempted delivery to a location with no one present for acceptance will not be accepted.
